01 General Terms

Commission base prices are subject to change based on demand and my recent workload.

I'll start the commission after I receive the payment.

The artist and the commissioner may not share each other's personal contact details with third parties.

Paying the invoice means the commissioner agrees with the terms and conditions.
04 Revisions

In the sketch phase, revision can be requested. Although only a maximum of 2x revisions are allowed.

Minor adjustments on the final piece can be tolerated if it can be done quickly and does not affect too much of the overall drawing.

Major changes on the final piece will charge an extra fee or will be considered a new commission.
02 Payment

I only accept USD and IDR currencies for payment. IDR prices are USD xRp10,000.

Offered payment methods are via PayPal, Indonesian Bank Transfer, and Indonesian E-Wallet (Go-Pay).

I will start the initial sketch after I received the payment, either full or half (please discuss it with me beforehand!)

PayPal International Transaction fee is already included in the commission base price.

Please note the artist beforehand for split or half-price upfront payment! For PayPal transactions, you will have to cover the transaction fee for multiple transactions! Indonesian transactions are free of transaction fees on split payments.
03 Process & Delivery

The time it takes to finish the commission varies from 1 week up to 3+ months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, self-health, college schedule, and other workloads.

Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.

The finished piece will be at 300dpi, A5 to A3 size depends on the commission type you are ordering. The final ratio might vary but will not be any smaller than the default canvas.

The finished file will consist of a high-resolution .png image and a lower resolution .jpg image. A transparent version of the commissioned artwork can be requested if available.
05 Copyright & Usage

The artist reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion purposes such as posting/displaying it online as well as making speedpaint videos with it. Credit to the commissioner and the character owner/designer will be given when publishing to online galleries.

The commissioner receives the right to use the commissioned artwork only for personal use unless discussed otherwise. The commissioner may repost the art on other non-profitable sites as long as proper credit is given to the artist (i.e. Art by kofuu_).

The commissioner is NOT allowed to:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (unless discussed otherwise), making a profit off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

Altering the artwork without the artist's consent.

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove the artist's watermarks/signatures.

Commercial usage agreements are divided as follows.
06 Cancellation & Refund

The commissioner is not allowed to cancel the paid commission and ask for a refund.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission within 3 months you will receive a full refund.

If you file a chargeback without my consent, you will be blacklisted.
Copyright Usage Agreement
1x price. Not for commercial use. Commissioner may not resell nor make a profit out of the artwork itself. The use as an avatar in non-profitable sites is allowed. Making print for personal use is allowed.
1.5x price. Commercial usage in monetized platforms. Commissioner can use the artwork in monetized platforms such as Twitch and YouTube. Proper credit to the artist is required (i.e. art by kofuu_).
2x price. Commercial usage in mass production or merchandise selling. Commissioner can use the artwork in monetized platforms and sell merchandise using the artwork.

Commission Workflow
Inquiry. Fill the commission form provided in the section below.
Agreement. I'll see through your request, discuss stuff, and confirm your order. Once I accept it, I'll send you an invoice listing all your orders.
Payment. You can pay through the invoice. You will have 72 hours to pay your order from the time invoice is sent.
Initial Sketch. I'll send you rough sketches to confirm before the next phase. In this phase, revision can be requested. Max at 2x.
Additional WIP (Work in Progress) shot. After the sketch is approved, I might share WIPs on my social media or with you (this is up to me).
Finishing. I'll send you HQ PNG & low-resolution JPG. No major revision can be made. Minor changes still allowed (ask first!).
